We’ll also discuss your current web copy, and any areas that you think need special attention.

Throughout this project we’ll keep all of our important documents, and where you can get a quick overview of how things are trucking along.
Once everything is set up, take a look around your hub, and start dropping in any brand info or documents that will help me dig deep into your business and your messaging.
3. The sprint day
Our core deliverables for this day are:

We’ll kick off the day with revealing your sparkly new messaging and definition of fun.
Once we’re agreed on those, I’ll spend the rest of your Sprint Day updating your web copy.
4. 2 weeks of copy support
Send over up to 1,000 words of copy to be edited, spiced up, and updated to match your new messaging and fun factor.
As well as editing your copy I’ll give you a clear breakdown of how and why I’ve made changes, so you can build your confidence in showing up consistently in your copy forever and ever amen.

Do you offer payment plans?
Yessss payment plans are available. You can pay in full, or in 2 or 3 installments.
Can you really do everything in a day!??
Yah. Fr. I am woman hear me roar etc. But if we’re being completely FR we do need to do some discovery together before I sit down and crack out your messaging and copy on our sprint day.
Do I need to be available for the entire Sprint Day?
I’ll only need your input 4 times throughout the day for your feedback (there will be a clearer breakdown of this in your Notion hub). It’s up to you whether you want to block out the whole day or not, but it might be more straightforward for you if you don’t have many meetings going on that day!
You say you edit web copy, how much exactly?
As part of the service I'll edit and update up to 6 pages of web copy that you already have on your website.
I try to stick to the existing word count/structure to make it as easy as possible for you to update your copy in your web platform. But if there's anything that needs adding in or moving around, (like extra paragraphs or headers) I'll get that sorted and written into your web copy too.
If you’ll edit 1,000 words of copy during our support, can you tell me what I can get with 1,000 words?
So 1,000 words of copy could be:
20x social media posts
3x newsletters (at roughly 300 words each)
Copy for your LinkedIn profile (bio, about section, employment experience at your business, copy for featured profile posts)
But again, just to clarify, this would need to be copy that already exists (even if just in a rough draft version) for me to edit and update it.
What if I want more than 1,000 words of copy edited during the 2 weeks of support?
If you want me to look at more than 1,000 during this time period, please note that this will incur (fancy word) an additional charge of £140 for every additional 1,000.
