They might not be written down, but there’s a set of laws that the poo-poo voice puts on you to try and limit how much of yourself that shows up in your business.

From “poo-poo” voice to “YES I AM ALLOWED” is a very chill, week-long summer challenge, with daily prompts and exercises to take you from listening to the poo-poo voice, to realising just how much you are in control of in your own marketing and business.

how does it work? what happens if I sign up?

  • I’ll send you some lovely bits n bobs, because who doesn’t want some pressies in the post (includes your blank fun manifesto, which we’ll have filled out together by the end of the week).

  • We’ll hang out in a whatsapp community, so you can listen in and ponder the prompts wherever you are, whenever you get a spare moment.

  • I’ll drop prompts and things to think about in the chat. You can make notes and journal if you want to, or voicenote yourself, but these won’t be exercises that require breaking out “the big paper” for.

  • Got something you want to chat through with the group? Pop it in the chat. Want to speak to me privately with something you’re working through? Drop me a message. 

  • We’ll finish the week by writing our fun manifesto, and writing down the things you actually ARE allowed to do in the business you created. Pin it up in your home office/on the cat, as a reminder of how silly the poo-poo voice is, and how the world is DESPERATE for all the gorgeous ideas you have in your head.
